Inside a story
It all began in 2007 in our Uncle Angiuleto’s cellar, where several trials laid the foundations for our first beers which have a unique and distinctive flavor, designed for a wider number of consumers than our circle of friendship. Over the years we have refined our style until 2013, when we became Brew-Firmer deepening the techniques in different breweries, and in 2018 we made the great leap in quality when we opened our brewpub in Chignolo Po, a small town in the north of Italy located between Pavia, Lodi and Piacenza. Nowadays we are developing new beers made with local ingredients such as San Colombano grape musts, and for the next few years we intend to give more value to the territory by investing in self-production of malted barley, wheat and hops, to create beers with unique and unmistakable flavor.
