Our passion is transforming raw ingredients into beers with authentic character, able of touching the soul and warming the heart. Each sip tells a story, a sentiment, an experience to share.<\/strong><\/p>

It all began in 2007 in Uncle Angiuleto's cellar, where experiments and passion allowed us to create our first beers with authentic and unmistakable flavors. From the beginning, our goal was to reach a wider audience by bringing the distinctive tastes of our creations into every glass. Over the time, we refined our style and improved our brewing techniques. In 2013, we decided to take a bigger step: becoming Brew-Firm, studying and collaborating with several breweries to bring quality and innovation to our work. The true leap forward came in 2018 when we opened our brewery and brewpub in Chignolo Po, a picturesque town between Pavia, Lodi, and Piacenza. This new home allowed us to fully express our creativity, producing beers that reflect our love for the territory and craft tradition. Today, we are focused on developing new beers made with local ingredients, such as grape musts from Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese. We look to the future with enthusiasm, investing in opening new breweries, producing malted barley, wheat, and hops, to create beers with authentic, unmistakable flavors that are increasingly sustainable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Doppiobaffo production facility represents the excellence of our craft brewing. Equipped with a 1200-liter brew kettle for the boiling phase, followed by a fermentation cellar with six 2400-liter fermenters and one 4800-liter fermenter, we can produce high-quality, customized beers with strong character. Our isobaric bottling line, able to package up to 1,000 bottles per hour, ensures high standards and efficient production. Additionally, we have a filling keg machine for various size, ideal to satisfy any needs. Our beers are stored in a modern refrigerated cell with 60 pallets capacity, preserving freshness and integrity. This infrastructure allows us to reach an annual production capacity of 250,000 liters, supporting our mission to offer superior-quality beers.
